Born at the beginning of the 20th century, it farms 18 hectares of vines located between Gevrey Chambertin and Mercurey, and has been in organic conversion since the end of 2017. His wines are made with strict respect for his Climats, each made from just one parcel in order to highlight the diversity of the terroirs.
