Jambles from one side to the other will make you discover varied landscapes. Installed between the northern slopes of Mont Avril and the southern slopes of the thatch of Givry, this walk will require some effort which will be rewarded by multiple points of view. A side road offers the possibility of a shortcut or a figure-eight route. Finding the starting point Coming from Givry by the D170, in the village, just before the church, take the path on the left and go up a hundred meters. There is a sign. Turn your back on the village that we will visit at the end, taking the path south-east. You quickly arrive at the Chevignée washhouse (1) supplied by the spring with its watering trough a little higher on Mont Avril. Take the path on the right that goes up to the antenna (2). Go down to the right then continue to the left (3). Then take the first path downhill to the right. At the next crossroads (4), turn left. Cross the asphalt road. You are in sight of Moulin-Neuf, water mill on the Prat, the stream of Jambles. Go up through the vines to the D170 (5). A cross on the left marks the eastern limit of Jambles. Continue your ascent to the Renache mill (6). A panorama over the Saône plain will reward you for this effort. Pass in front of the mill on the left and take the paved road to the right. Follow this road for 2 to 300 m to arrive in view of the hamlet of Russilly. Take the small balcony path on the left (7). Follow the indications of G4 from point (1) to point (3). Continue towards La Bouère where another panorama awaits you: the entire Vallée des Vaux at a glance. (8) At the crossroads (9), take the road west which climbs to the left on the left towards "En Chaumont". Follow this road for nearly 800 m. In the hamlet (10), turn right for 400 m. Then follow the road for 200 m. (11). In the hamlet, turn left. You arrive (12) in a meadow path. Follow this path for 800 m until you come to a tarmac road (13). Continue straight on until the D170.
