The little house is detached. Completely redecorated at the end of 2022, it will enable you to make the most of your stay in Burgundy.
The 50 m² living area opens out onto the large private terrace, which is partly covered, and features a lounge area with flat-screen TV, satellite TV and unlimited free WiFi access. A comfortable sofa can also be used as a bed.
The dining room table can accommodate family meals, but most of the time you'll be enjoying them on the covered terrace, taking in the view.
The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, cold compartment, dishwasher, hob, combi oven, small electrical appliances, pretty crockery and kitchen utensils) is there to simmer your dishes.
On the same level, the shower room with its washbasin, shower, WC and washing machine completes this large space, which is heated by underfloor heating in winter.
A 25 m² mezzanine is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a chest of drawers. Hotel-quality linen is provided.
Outside, parking for your vehicle is free and easy. A large, flower-filled garden gives children the chance to play (trampoline, swing), swim in the secure swimming pool and enjoy the view. A BBQ is also available.
The owner is on hand to answer any questions you may have and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The accommodation is clean, non-smoking and pets are not allowed (except guide dogs).
A reinforced socket for recharging your electric vehicle is available at extra cost.
