I designed and built this place with passion.
This space, designed with noble and ecological materials, is intended to welcome friends and travellers in search of serenity and relaxation. When I'm not renting out the studio, I can use it for artistic and creative activities.
Independent and elegant, it is classified as a 3-star tourist residence.
An adjoining 50m2 garden overlooking the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise is available to guests.
The 30m2 studio is bright and airy.
The accommodation
In a new contemporary house with a roof terrace in the heart of a small housing estate.
Features: peace and quiet, glorious sunsets.

The studio is independent and attached to my main residence.
It can accommodate 2 people.
It comprises a large room with :
- a comfortable double sofa bed (30cm mattress),
- a kitchenette with a large fridge/freezer, 2 induction hobs, a microwave oven, a 6 place dishwasher, a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine with pods and tea bags, a toaster, an electric kettle and all the equipment required for 3-star accommodation (official list drawn up by the Grand Chalon Tourist Office).
- 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower (120 x 90 cm), washing machine, toilet, fan-assisted towel warmer and hairdryer. Shower gel is provided.
- 1 x 60 cm (21-inch) television with DVD/CD player and Orange TV decoder
- Large storage cupboards with large mirror, wardrobe and shelves: iron and ironing board, hoover.
- Basic organic cleaning products are available for the household, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside, in the garden, guests can enjoy their meals on a table and two chairs and relax on deckchairs overlooking the vines.
Linen: sheets and towels are provided.

Pets are not accepted.

A large Nordic bath (2mx2m) is available for travellers who wish to relax in water heated to 37/38 degrees by a wood fire.
I take particular care in maintaining this bath: cleaning, disinfecting and filtering the water. It will be accessible under certain conditions and at times to be defined.
Price: €35 per session, to be confirmed at the time of booking.

I can prepare an à la carte breakfast for you (hot drink, fruit juice, cheese, fresh bread, pastries, boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereals, jam, salted or sweet butter, etc.) to be agreed at the time of booking.
Price: €15 per person to be paid on site.

Walks and cycle rides are available from the gîte.

Of course, I'll be happy to give you advice on walking or cycling routes, restaurants, visits to wineries or tourist sites (châteaux, churches, etc.).

Local shops are less than 2 km away (chemist, baker, post office, supermarket, butcher, etc.).
There are also numerous markets just a few kilometres away (Givry, Châtenoy le Royal, Chalon, etc.).
